New Payment System - Pay By Bank

After you checkout you will receive an email confirmation of your order; you will then need to make a manual payment by selecting the payment link.

Please note, once payment has been received only then will your products be dispatched for delivery. If no payment has been received within 24hrs, no order will be dispatched and we will cancel your order.

Where Is My Delivery?

When completing your purchase, please provide your email address so that we can upload and send your tracking information by 5pm the same day if ordered by 10am.

Please check the tracking number sent to your email (it may appear in your junk or spam folder). If you have any delivery queries, kindly contact Royal Mail directly through their online tracking service for the most up-to-date information.

 


Postage Information

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.

  • Orders placed before 10:00am (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day.

  • The Post Office closes at 12:30pm on Saturdays and is closed all day on Sundays & Public Holidays 
    Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option.

  • Orders placed after 10:00am on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday when normal postal services resume.


Delivery Fees & Estimated Delivery Times

Economy Delivery – £3.99 - 

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (most economical option). Usually dispatched from Milton Keynes within 1-2 days. 

48T Standard Delivery – £5.99

Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri)
This is a guide only, not a guaranteed timeframe.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked – £6.99

Estimated delivery: 1–3 days (Mon–Fri)
This is a guide only, not a guaranteed timeframe.

Next-day delivery is not available at this time due to high demand. Please note that Royal Mail 24 Tracked is not a next-day delivery service—it is an estimated 1–3 day delivery option and not guaranteed

We dispatch all orders placed before 10:00am Monday - Saturday same day.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If incorrect details are provided and the order has already been shipped, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to amend them before 10:00am the next day by contacting us via:

Royal Mail may attempt to recover the parcel, but this cannot be guaranteed.

 


VAT Receipts

If you require a VAT receipt, please request one and we will email it to you.

 


Injection Guidance - How to self inject

We do not offer medical advice. Please seek GP guidance on dosages and all self medication queries.

How to Open Ampoules

For safety reasons, we recommend using an ampoule opener, which can be purchased from online retailers such as Amazon or eBay.

We strongly advise never opening ampoules with bare hands. Please use a proper ampoule opener or the recommended method. We cannot accept responsibility for any injury or product loss resulting from incorrect or unsafe opening techniques
